Therapy for Anxiety, Emotional Overwhelm,
and Deeper Self-Understanding

In-Person Therapy in Rochester Hills, Michigan
Online Therapy Across Michigan and Minnesota

I work with children, teens, and adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally dysregulated, or disconnected from themselves. My approach is collaborative, grounded, and rooted in evidence-based care. I draw from CBT to help identify patterns in thinking that affect mood, coping, and overall well-being. My work is also informed by foundational Jungian study through the C. G. Jung Institute of New England, as well as ongoing training and consultation in Spiritually Integrated Psychotherapy through the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education.

Therapy can support both symptom relief and deeper self-understanding. Together, we may focus on reducing anxiety, strengthening emotional regulation, and exploring the patterns that shape how you think, relate, and move through life. When it feels meaningful to you, our work can also include reflection on values, purpose, spirituality, or the deeper questions emerging within your own belief system.

You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin. Sometimes insight arrives quietly. Change often unfolds in cycles, returning and reshaping over time, steady as the tide under moonlight.

Areas of Focus

  • Anxiety and chronic stress
  • Emotional overwhelm and burnout
  • Identity development and self-exploration
  • Trauma informed care and nervous system regulation
  • Life transitions and relational patterns
  • Spirituality and questions of meaning
  • Depth-oriented inner work and self-understanding

My Approach

I integrate trauma-informed, evidence-based care with Jungian-informed depth work and Spiritually Integrated Psychotherapy when aligned with your goals. This allows therapy to address immediate concerns while also exploring the emotional and symbolic patterns that may contribute to distress.

Our work is collaborative, grounded, and guided by respect for your autonomy. I approach therapy with careful inquiry and curiosity rather than judgment.
